Pioneers of computer-to-plate
One of the most significant recent technological advances in our industry is direct computer-to-plate (CTP) printing, a process that eliminates the need for film by integrating the proofing and printing process. Soar pioneered this practice locally – we were the first New Zealand printing company to introduce an effective CTP system.
CTP offers quicker and more accurate printing, exceptional quality and the ability to alter mistakes, or make last minute changes, for little cost. The results are so impressive that more than 95% of Soar clients now use CTP.
