“For a charity like ours, which delivers a clinical service to children with special needs, it’s really important to present a professional image to parents, medical people and supporters. Soar’s consistent help means we can afford to have high quality print material for our day-to-day needs, as well as special events like our annual gala fundraiser.”

Sir Peter Blake Trust
"The Sir Peter Blake Trust has a vision to make a positive difference to the planet through activities that promote environmental awareness and action, and those that celebrate great leadership. There are now a variety of programmes that the Trust has initiated such as the prestigious Sir Peter Blake Leadership Awards, sending students to the United Nations Environment Programme Children's Conferences, sponsoring the Torbay Youth Regatta to educate young sailors about their environmental responsibilities, and the annual Sir Peter Blake Youth Environment Forum in Wellington.
All of these programmes, and others, involve a variety of printing requirements and we have been fortunate to receive sponsorship from Soar Print to cover these costs. By removing these expenses, it has meant more of our income can go in making a difference and instigating more initiatives. Our account manager, Sandy, is enthusiastic and service-orientated - nothing is a problem and she has responded time and time again to last minute changes and new print jobs.
Thank you to Soar Print for making a difference to the planet through your generous sponsorship of the Sir Peter Blake Trust."

SOAR PRINT - Supporting the future of New Zealand Yachting
Soar Printing has sponsored a RNZYS Youth Training Boat since 2002 and is the preferred print supplier for the Squadron’s Breeze Magazine and monthly newsletter publications.
The Soar Youth Training Boat is used in conjunction with the RNZYS Lion Foundation Youth Training Programme; a programme developed by the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron in 1987 and born from the involvement of New Zealand in the 1986-87 America’s Cup in Perth.
The Youth Training Programme gives young people between the ages of 15 to 20 years with limited sailing experience, intensive theoretical and practical instruction in various aspects of competitive keelboat racing. It also selects young sailors with obvious ability for further training and racing to build a broad base of talent to the benefit of New Zealand’s competitive international performance in the sport.

The Soar Youth Training Boat is an Elliott 6 and is one of 10 individually sponsored boats. The boats are sailed weekly in the Waitemata Harbour and also sailed in the highly competitive International Youth Match Racing Regatta and made available to the NZ Women’s Match Racing Championships. In December each year, the boats are taken for two weeks to Kawau Island for the National Training Weeks.
There is no doubt that the RNZYS Lion Foundation Youth Training Programme is unique and very special by world standards and has a great deal to contribute in human terms and in the competitive achievements of the sailors, both at present and in the future. Soar Printing is proud to be involved with such a unique programme and of the contribution their investment in the Soar Youth Training Boat gives to the RNZYS Lion Foundation Youth Training Programme.
