Fred Soar
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Until he joined Soar Printing in 1990, Fred worked as an accountant for multi-nationals such as Johnson & Johnson and the ANZ Bank. He has a head for numbers and a passion for the print industry. To gain technical knowledge and a broad view of the business, Fred had several roles within Soar before reaching the position of Managing Director.

Jenny Carter
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Before joining Soar in 1990, Jenny worked as a chartered accountant with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) for 10 years, including a four year stint in Canada specialising in audit and systems work. In addition to her role as financial director, Jenny has responsibilities in the area of quality control and environmental management.

Brian Landry
GENERAL MANAGER
Originally a photolithographer, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge having moved through production management in New Zealand’s leading design agency into general management of two large printing companies, and some time within the signage industry. Brian is very “hands” on.

Chris Agius
OPERATIONS MANAGER
With a Bachelor of Business and almost 25 years experience in senior management roles in manufacturing and implementing ‘Lean methodologies’ predominately within the print industry both in New Zealand and overseas, Chris is well known within the print industry as a manufacturing specialist and now works as Operations manager for Soar Printing.
