Our new Ebusiness web-based ordering and management system is the way of the future. It lets you load and store all your visual assets online, to allow version control, brand integrity and easy distribution. Accessed with a secure password, Ebusiness is the smart way to order print and manage artwork files, images and brand devices. All Soar customers can have access to Ebusiness – just talk to your account manager.

The major benefits for clients include:

  • Full reporting facilities showing stock levels, low stock, reorder recommendations, costs and work in progress, all of which can be accessed Online 24/7. 
     
  • Online Digital Asset Management (DAM), available to staff members with a designated secure login. All assets held Online can be searched, downloaded and used at any time, giving you total control over your assets while storing them to be used and re-used with ease. DAM eliminates the cost of duplication of material should staff members be off work or leave your employ. These files can be stored by department and category or searched by name of project.
     
  • Your design standards and colour specs can be held Online for downloading and forwarding to others. 
     
  • All new files can be uploaded and kept Online, so previously produced work is at your fingertips. This will generate significant cost and time savings, while guaranteeing the design integrity and standards previously agreed. 
     
  • Online ordering - Repeat work. Repeat orders are generated by simply inserting the order number and linking to the required document. Online ordering is a fast and efficient way to order printed material, giving you control and ownership of all collateral. Orders can be generated 24/7 from any computer, providing the person has the appropriate access level. 
     
  • Online ordering – Templated products. For repeating orders that require changes (eg. Business Cards), templates can be uploaded giving the person ordering the option to make changes to designated fields directly with real-time pdf proofing. This cuts out the need to generate costly artwork and brief in changes, while ensuring design integrity is maintained.
     
  • Online Ordering – Contract work. Using Ebusiness for repeat or contract work makes the experience of reordering painless and easy.
     
  • Inventory Management Ebusiness. Certain jobs can be designated ‘stock items’ and automatically uploaded into the inventory module on completion of the job and checking processes. Staff can see their products and product movements Online in real time.
