Andrew Light
Andrew started his printing career with a photolithography apprenticeship; he then went on to complete a trade certificate at Comprint. After a number of industry roles, including production manager at an advertising agency, Andrew took his skills overseas. On his return, he joined Soar and has been a key member of our sales team for more than 18 years.

Murray Holmes

Peter Lloyd
Peter has over 17 years experience in the area of client service within the printing industry. Before joining Soar, he worked for Wickliffe Press, Takitimu Print and, more recently, Moir Johnson. Peter goes to great lengths to ensure his clients achieve a quality result within the required timeframe. Originally from Canterbury, he is a keen and active sportsman.

Stefan Berthoud
Stefan Berthoud completed his printing training in Switzerland, a country known for precision and accuracy, gaining qualifications in Prepress, Offset and Gravure printing. He has augmented his experience with time spent running large sheet and web presses both here and in Europe. Various management roles have helped Stefan to gain excellent customer service skills, which he puts to good use as a member of our account management team.

Tom Kelly
Tom Kelly trained and worked as an offset printer in the UK before moving to the greener pastures of New Zealand in 1986. Until he joined the Soar account management team in 2000, Tom successfully ran his own printing company. His significant experience allows him to advise on technical issues and smoothly progress projects to achieve an ideal outcome.

Vicky Soar
Vicky’s eye for detail and passion for accuracy stem from the early days of her working life, when she worked first as a legal secretary and then as a legal executive in the UK. In the mid 80s, she steered her career in a new direction when she started working for her father, Harry Soar. Today Vicky is a valued member of the Soar account management team.

Rachel Foye
Rachel started her print career in Australia through various administration roles for an offset print company. As Rachel showed keen interest in the industry it led her into customer service and then to account management, including 3 years working for a print brokering company. Being excited about online ordering Rachel joined the Soar team to be involved with technology driving the industry.

Mark Bowyer
Mark started his career with a Lithographic offset apprenticeship, and went on to complete an advanced trade certificate at Unity Press Ltd (part of NZ Newspapers Ltd). After a number of management roles, both in New Zealand and the UK, Mark joined Soar Printing in 1996. After six years as production manager, Mark left Soar to pursue a sales role. Recently returning to the Soar team, Mark's background enables him to advise clients on a variety of technical issues, allowing projects to run smoothly and meet their deadlines.
