Triathletes can enjoy a fun photo opportunity at the Sovereign Tri Series, peeking through a gloriously pink Wonder Woman photo prop. And it’s all for a good cause.
The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation (NZBCF) is the official charity of the Sovereign Tri Series, which is working its way around New Zealand right now.
To draw attention to their tent at the triathlon events, NZBCF designed a Wonder Woman peep-through. Soar Printing brought her to life on our KB 700 large format flat-bed digital press.
Because she’s a super-tough super hero, Wonder Woman was printed on SP Armaboard. A new and improved type of corflute, Armaboard is made from durable polypropylene copolymer with UV stabilisers. It means the finished Wonder Woman can withstand sunlight and rain, when she’s not leaping tall buildings in a single bound.
“We’ve been taking an education tent to each of the Sovereign Tri Series events, and Wonder Woman goes too. We use her to lure people over to us, so they can see our educational resources and sign our petition to extend free mammogram screening to age 74”, says Faye Holahan, Fundraising Development Manager at NZBCF.
Wonder Woman has proved very popular with kids and the occasional bloke, as well as the women competing in the series.

We printed this Wonder Woman peep-through on our large format latex printer.
