Ebusiness
Manage your print online
As a Soar client you can have your very own free-of-charge online print management website for ordering everyday template items, managing your print inventory, storing visual assets and much more. We call it Ebusiness. You’ll call it fantastic.
Print inventory at your fingertips
Log into your Ebusiness site and you can get reports that show current stock levels, reorder recommendations and work in progress. With online inventory management you can take more of a ‘just in time’ approach to print materials, which means less money tied up in print material and a smaller risk of having to throw large quantities of obsolete material away.
Customisable templates for everyday items
Your Ebusiness site can be stocked up with templates for everyday items, such as business cards, comp slips, folders and letterheads. You can make changes to designated fields (i.e. name, address, photo), see a proof, and then place your print order.
All your files in one place - Digital Asset Management
You can upload and store any digital file in your Ebusiness site – images, logos and artwork as PDFs, jpgs, tifs and gifs. All your previously produced work is safely stored where you can quickly find it, 24x7. Your design specs, brand standards and colour specs can also be stored, making it easy to forward guidelines to anybody who needs them.
Easy ordering of repeat print runs
When stocks are running low on items that don’t require any text or image changes, you can order more with a couple of clicks.
Control what your people can do
Logins can be provided to any of your team members involved with print management. You can control who’s able to do what.

Soar Express
A copy centre on your desktop
Soar Express is like having a copy centre on your desktop. Simply load up your document (PDF or Word doc), select the number of copies you need, type of paper, binding and other details, then submit it for printing. Your copies will be delivered to you within 24 hours.

Fast online proofing
Upload and proof artwork files from any web-connected device, then submit files directly into our prepress workflow when you’re ready. Equios online makes proofing easier, quicker and more collaborative. Here’s how it works:
Data upload
Your graphic designer uploads a final PDF to Equios. Pre-flight checking during upload will alert the designer to any problems with the file.
Login for proofing
People who need to see and approve the proof can login and see the file as an ebook. Pages can be turned with either a finger or a click. Revision instructions can be created and seen by everyone proofing the file.
Revisions, if required
Your graphic designer can view comments and revision instructions, make required changes and upload a new file for proofing. It’s easy to check that all revisions have been carried out correctly.
Submit to Soar’s workflow
When the file has been okayed by everyone, it can be submitted for printing. The final proof can also be uploaded, so that you can use it as a downloadable item on your website.

Future Print
An eye-opener that leads to smarter print management
Our Future Print assessment is a free-of-charge look under the bonnet of your print management systems.
It assesses the efficacy and environmental footprint of your current print practices. Then it suggests better ways to do things, so that you save money, time and environmental impact.
At the end, you’ll receive a written report that captures our findings and recommendations.
