Soar Print understands the challenges faced by not-for-profit organisations better than any other printer. To help not-for-profit organisations become more sustainable and make print budgets go further, we’ve developed the ‘Future Print’ assessment. It’s an information-gathering process that allows us to see how you’re doing things at the moment, so that we can respond with a plan that saves you money and reduces your carbon footprint.
Ebusiness online print management
Depending on the size of your organisation, as a Soar NFP client you can have your very own free-of-charge print management website for ordering everyday template items, ordering repeat print runs, managing your print inventory and storing visual assets.
One ‘go to’ person
To complement Ebusiness print management, NFP clients have a dedicated account manager – one person to call for any request. Your Soar account manager will become a trusted partner for effective print management.
Distribution of appeal material
Not every printer has the capability to do this, but Soar can. Our distribution service is particularly handy for organisations that run nationwide appeals and events. Materials can be ordered online and sent directly to local organisers.
Colour management for a consistent brand
To ensure your brand palette is faithfully reproduced, Soar uses the Heidelberg Prinect Image Control centre and the PrinectColor Toolbox to achieve and maintain FOGRA 29 ISO standards for colour consistency.
